When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!

Frank and Riki are a great team! We hired them for a large and complex home addition project, and they did incredible work. Frank truly is a perfectionist who will agonize over the details to make everything shine. If you haven't planned all the fine details of your project, they will provide great ideas on what will look great and meet your budget. They are also well organized, and have a solid network of sub contractors who show up on time and perform high quality work. That sub-contractor network is such an asset, especially in foothills where we live, where it can be hard to get reliable help. We have friends experienced in construction that marvel at how our project was completed at such quality, and well within the promised schedule. Taking on a major renovation/addition or a new build is such a big investment, and it can be scary to shop for contractors with so much money on the line and so many nightmare stories out there of bad contractors. Now, not every day of a 5 month project will ever go perfectly. Complex projects on existing structures can have surprises. There is no avoiding that. But, a great contractor will guide you through the process, will keep the project moving while ensuring top quality work, and will keep your budget in mind until the final punch list is completed. This was my experience with Majestic Mountain Homes. They are legitimate professionals who can be trusted to deliver with your major investments into your home. I would highly recommend them!
