Maintenance Free Exteriors

We contracted Maintenance Free to help us with our roof, gutter, and window screen replacement, exterior paint, and stain for our pergola and back fence. The communication was great, and the sub-contractors hired were professional, timely, and did good work. We even decided at the last minute to change something regarding our project, and they took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any home project.

Robert has done numerous jobs for me in the past nine yearsâ window replacement, siding, update bathrooms, remove walls and build walls. I trust him to do an excellent job and treat me fairly. He is professional, friendly, and meticulous.

My initial project was to replace every piece of wood on the exterior of my house with Hardie Board--siding, facia, sofets. But, as always happens, that morphed into new gutters, replacement windos, and rebuilding an enclosed patio. Robert, the owner, flowed with each change in the plan. The MFE team were phenomenal. They were meticulous and very careful with everything they did. What sold me on MFE was that Robert's crew are employees, not day labor. They have been working together for years, which showed in how well they worked together, their knowledge, and how courteous and respectful they were to me. Even though Robert was onsite everyday working along side his crew, I could ask anyone on the team what was happening, why this was being done, and I always got a real answer. When Robert and I did our final walk-through, I could find nothing--nothing--to point out. The tiny things I had made a mental note about the previous week had already been done when Robert did his walk-through. He even power washed my deck to remove all the dust, foot prints, and stray paint drops. While the work they did was excellent, the one thing that I really, really apperciated was that they cleaned up the worksite every day. They ran a huge roller magnet around the house to pick up nails, they cleaned the windows after installing, they swept up; it made living with the chaos of the project so much more managable. I have recommended Maintenance Free Exeriors to a number of friends who, after hearing me rave about Robert, have asked for his contact information. Honestly, I cannot thank Robert and his team enough for the excellent job they did or compliment them on their demeanor. 10 Stars!
