All good and really nice

He is grossly over-priced. I rejected his first offer to install my dish washer and garbage disposal as being outrageous. He left and called back an hour later with a lower offer, which was still too high. I made a counter offer which was what I could afford and he took it. The only reason he took it was it was a Saturday and his other appointment blew him off and he did not want the day to be a washout with no income at all for the day. While he was here I asked for a quote for installing a new hot water heater which I bought with all the parts to install it. He called me back with a price to install, labor only, and his price was almost twice the price I paid for the water heater.

Jimmy did a good job and was right on time.

Got the job done right and quickly. Price was reasonable.

I will hire Jimmy again for future projects. He was very professional and took the time to listen and answer questions. He arrived with the materials to get the job done. Thank you.
