I called Main Street home and garden to remove a wall as well as re-frame it and paint. They did a great job! We scheduled a date and time that worked for both of us and they came promptly and were finished ahead of schedule! I will definitely be using them over and over again! Well worth it!

Pulled plants without communication with me, then put them back- but I was not told. They have damaged my steps with their equipment, they split up projects that were not communicated with me, It feels like they don't know what they are doing. The guy in charge does, but the workers they send are not careful or communicative.
During our mulch installation in May 2018, three small plants were temporarily relocated to gain access and reduce the possibility of damage. The plants were reinstalled upon completion of the mulch job. Furthermore, the plants have been guaranteed for the remainder of the season, and as of August 2018, the plants are still healthy. After the customer called the office on 7/28/18, she informed us that she had previously told the crew to be more careful around the steps while working with machines as she had noticed chips. Unfortunately, the crew did not relay the message to the office. We apologize for that, but after the phone conversation, we added notes to our route sheets for all future services at the home, discussed with our primary crew, and dispatched a service manager to ensure the note was fulfilled. We also created a damage case internally which will allow us to continuously monitor the steps internally. Again, we apologize that certain jobs were split without communication. We strive to do everything as quickly as possible but due to various seasonal, weather, equipment, and material constraints some projects are split so that each task is performed at the most beneficial time.
