Everything was explained clearly by Shelly when I contacted MaidPro to inquire about their services. She answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect fit for my schedule and budget. Lisa did a thorough job of cleaning and used her time efficiently. I will continue with MaidPro and would reccommend based on my experience so far.

I thought the gal I originally spoke with set up a morning cleaning job, 9:00. I waited till 11:00 and called MaidPro. I found out I was put on the afternoon schedule and no one had notified me. Also I was told it would be a 2 man team taking 2 hours, for the first cleaning, but when they got here I found it was changed to 1 1/2 hours and had not been notified about that either. But I was in a hurry to get it cleaned in the time they had I finished the job myself. They would have come out again but I am having carpet cleaned today so there was no time. I needed all done and dry by Wed when I get my company

They did such a wondersul job, I could not believe it. My shower has never been that clean. The house was beautifully clean and am looking forward to having them clean biweekly for me.

I spoke on the phone to Stephanie, who was very nice and she explained everything very clearly and was very personable. I hired them and had Marnie & Sandy do the actual cleaning. I was home while they cleaned, and they were very quick, and did a great job. They were friendly and did an amazing job of cleaning in a fairly short amount of time.

I've used MaidPro twice. The first time I had great service. The second time I had OK service. MaidPro was very accomodating and offered to send someone out to touch up areas that I was not satisfied with.
