I hired MaidPro for a post-construction/move-in clean of our new home. At first, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. MaidPro sent back another crew, and we still had issues with the clean to the point where I just wanted a refund. However, they convinced me to let them do a third clean, and it was finally done right by Chani, Jacob, and Rachel. Chani is amazing, and she and her crew did a five-star job. If you book with MaidPro, you absolutely must request them. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and left me with a list of tips and tricks for maintaining things going forward. It is evident she really cares about helping people, and I am so grateful to her as I am 37 weeks pregnant and could not do the cleaning myself. I would have left a zero star review if not for Chani, and I only regret that MaidPro did not send her and her team in the first place.
