The beginning of the process was fantastic. Working on the quotes and the design was a great experience and they were very responsive and helpful. The installation was not great. The crew measured the property line incorrectly and dug fence post holes through the middle of my backyard. Luckily I caught them as they were digging the last hole and they had to dig new holes along the property line. That whole experience was a little difficult because the crew did not speak English. They never filled in the other holes so I was left with big holes through the middle of my backyard. They did not finish in one day and were supposed to come back the next day but their truck broke down so we had to wait for them to finish. The fence looked great but 2 parts of it broke within a week. We have been waiting 6 weeks for them to show up and repair the fence. They tell us they are coming but they never show and they never call. This is a 2nd home for us so we drive there and sit and wait for 12 hours without even a courtesy call from Mae. I reach out to them on a daily basis and have even been copying the CEO on the emails but we are still waiting for our repairs. Their fences are very expensive because they are supposed to be the best. Unfortunately we have not had that experience with them.

We put a safety pool fence a few years ago and recently a corner post was damaged. Their work crew come out and were wonderful. The worker even noticed the estimate, based off of photos sent, was higher due to less work needed on scene. Michelle, at Maeâ s contact me to let us know the bill would be a lot less. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Mae Fence Company. I LOVE my new white vinyl picket fence. Your team did such a great job with my irregularly shaped backyard and I couldnâ  t be happier! And let me just add that my pup is so happy to play in our fenced backyard! Kudos to all and Merry Christmas!

They were very friendly and easy to work with. I wanted a couple of things addressed after the initial work, and the install team was very responsive to my feedback. They were also very efficient - took out my old fence and installed the new one all in about 6 hours.
