MVK was engaged under duress, a snowstorm having come while I was traveling. hey did this work on short notice and having no prior relationship w/ me. I was extremely relieved to arrive and find the work having been done.

They removed the snow within a couple of days of my request but still left quite a bit of snow on the roof.
Response from Company:
what may appear to be snow on a roof now is actually a 2-3 inch thick layer of snow encrusted ice which forms as snow melts on a roof and turns to ice . what appears to be snow is the interface between the two or the actual transition zone. These men were working for an hourly charge to the customer in 30 degree below zero wind conditions and believe me they were motivated to get the job done effectively and quickly giving the customer great value for the dollars spent.

MVK responded to my call immediately, looked at my property and gave an extremely reasonable estimate within 24 hours, then showed up promptly to do the work -- again, within 24 hours of my call to say I had selected their services. They did a terrific job -- fast and efficient -- of leaf removal on my property. I would certainly recommend MVK.
