Mr. Sand's Handy Hands, Handyman Service LLC

Sand and his assistant, Jorge, assembled and built a prefab 12 X 20 outdoor patio cover in my backyard. They were flexible and did not hesitate to get it right when the job required more than initially agreed to. They did a great job and came in within our agreed-upon budget. I will be using Sand and his crew again in the future.

I do not think he is a licensed electrician, despite what he claimed. He took a unusually long time to do the work, made cuts with a jigsaw on some exposed beams attached to a load-bearing wall without asking first (even though we were taking the wall down, we did not ask or expect he would be cutting wood, just wires to trim the lines back to get the half-wall out). He cross-wired the three lines at least 3 times, and it shorted out a power recliner that we now have to repair or replace. He lied about the scope of the work, and got his drywall buddy to lie too, they run a little scam it seems, they agree to the full scope of work, then act like parts were not included (i.e. the materials) to then have a reason to come back. I am sure if I let them come back again we would have bigger issues than having to have our whole house electrical checked and a burned out motor. I smell burning intermittently throughout my home now, all I can think about is how Mr. Sand jokes about being safe and fires.

Mr. Sands was very professional. I like that he gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he asked what had to be done and he started right away very fast and efficient. Mr. Sands is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about plumbing and electrical. I was truly satisfied with the work he?s done. I?ve already set up another appointment for him to come and do some other work around my house. I would highly recommend him.

First of all, it was a difficult situation. Trying to retrieve a diamond necklace from steps that went through the cracks. he removed two steps and it was not there. Somehow it got caught in the frame of the steps and couldnt go down so we had to decide if we wanted to go through the wall. He put everything back in the steps were better than before, and he was very reasonable with his cost. He was very nice cleaned up behind him and was very upset that he could not help us so I did not think I was gonna be able to put more money into it, but we were thinking about it. I am not happy with my self that we could not find it. Its was my daughters house and she is going to hire him for things that she needs in the future .

All my requests were performed In Excellence. He was very professional and went above and beyond.

Sand was very pleasant to work with. His skill and expertise are a rare find. Excellent communication efforts to keep me informed on costs and progress. He took the time to count the costs and performed the work in a very reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend him to fellow business's in the area. What you can expect is a hard working and diligent service provider who is straight forward and dependable!

Mr. Sand's Handy hands work is professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Some but not all of the work I have witnessed Sand perform , are AC coil clean up service, painting, dry wall repair, electrical and garage renovations. Give him a call for your needs. You will not be disappointed.
