Just because of the economy I wish they, and others did not cost so much. Seems like $340 to fasten the hood on chimney was a bit much. I cannot afford that and to get my chimney cleaned at the same time. He did say it was ok to wait so appreciated and did not pressure me to do it. I hate to give up my wood burning fireplace but I may have to.

I got them recommended to me by a family friend and scheduled them to inspect my wood-burning chimney on a house we just purchased, they performed a deep cleaning and did a wonderful, clean and efficient job! I'm glad I hired them and would definitely recommend them

I hired them to give me an estimate for my chimney cap since the old one blew off, they were able to show up on the same day and give me a quote for a new chimney cap, their price was reasonable and they were able to actually install the cap right away which surprised me! They did a wonderful job and even showed me the pictures that i asked for, great company i would recommend them to all my friends and family!

The project was done quick and efficiently. My house is for sale and I needed someone to come asap. Explained to them the situation and they managed to squeeze me in. The technician Ben cleaned our wood burning fireplace and then installed a cap on the chimney. Satisfied with the work

I reached out to them to schedule an inspection for a water leaking from my chimney, they were kind enough to book me for their free inspection and they arrived the following day! They performed a full inspection for my chimney and explained everything to me, answered all my questions and were able to actually repair the chimney on the same day!! I couldn't ask for a better company to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a good and honest company! I will attach pictures of the amazing work that they did

Great professional work

I would NOT recommend Mr. Pro Services or their sister company Ax Cxxxxxx Pxxxx for chimney crown repair. Their work is over priced and sloppy. When questioned about the quality of work done, their unethical and unprofessional nature came out. They have shown to have little integrity and are a disservice to this field of work. Save your money, time and peace of mind and go with another chimney company. I called Mr. Pro Services on 1/8/24 re: my chimney crown. I was scheduled for inspection on 1/10/24. When the technician showed up they were from Ax Cxxxxxx Pxxxx. The chimney crown inspection took place and multiple pictures were provided of the condition of my chimney crown. I agreed to repair and was extremely disappointed with the sloppy job. I called and emailed Mr. Pro Services same day of work to voice my concerns. On 1/11/24 I spoke with the technician, Ron, who did the work and he was extremely unprofessional and condescending. I then received a call from GM, Ron Cymble (sp?), who would not directly respond to any of my questions/concerns, stated it was only a cosmetic concern but eventually agreed to send a lead technician out to cleanup the work done. On 1/12/24 a lead technician showed up, Ben. He took a few closeup pictures of the work done, said the crown was at least sealed and did not need to do the agreed upon work. Mr. Pro Services and Ax Cxxxxxx Pxxxx, since you stand behind the work done, I challenge you to post the before and after pictures to your websites so potential customers can see the work you provide.
