We got several quotes for some repair around our windows and painting of the exterior of the house. All Brands gave us a very competitive quote, did quality work and finished on schedule. We were so happy we have asked them to quote on some interior work.

I was recommended to All Brands by my next-door neighbor and I am thrilled to report that both of our houses turned out beautifully. The owner Albin and his entire crew were professional, courteous, and most of all very skilled painters. They really should call what they do â house transformationâ and not just painting! I couldnâ t believe just how much effort they put into â preppingâ the house for paint. They spent many days scraping, priming, washing, sanding and priming again and so on, just to make sure that the paint surface was the best in the best condition possible. I was so relieved to see that they really took pride in their work and didnâ t just scrape, wash and paint like I have seen less quality painting companies do. Albin and his team were also super accommodating and I really appreciated that given that I like things â just rightâ if you know what I mean. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times before they actually purchased the paint(which by the way in my case was top quality Benjamin Moore paint and not some â off brandâ ) and each time they were happy to paint swatches onto my house of all 3 colors in different lights just to make sure I would be completely satisfied with how the colors looked. The best part other than the finished paint job was this thing Albin does with a roll of blue painters tape. Once our home was entirely painted, he hands me this roll of blue tape and tells me to â go around the entire house and put a piece of blue tape on anything and everything that I thought needed more attention, or was somehow missed, or not done to my exact standards.â Then he comes and goes over every piece of blue tape to make sure he knows how to direct his crew to make it exactly right for me! That part meant my house was exactly as I wanted without having to get into some kind of awkward discussion-big relief. I still canâ t believe how much work he and his crew does for such a totally fair price. I am thrilled with my home, and my next-door neighbors had All Brands paint there home as well and had just as great of an experience as I did. If you are looking and reading through all of the reviews both the good and the bad, then let me tell you that out of the three estimates we got, All Brands Painting turned out to be the best of the bunch on quality, professionalism and especially price. All Brands Painting is a first rate company that we would recommend enthusiastically. We received multiple bids from several companies, and were drawn to All Brands because of their consistently excellent reviews. Albin Moraga, the owner of All Brands. responded quickly to our request and promptly provided us with an exceptionally thorough itemized written quote. We initially contracted with them for a full 3 color exterior painting of our home (which had not been painted in 20 years), and included a very large patio pergola and an outdoor garden shed (that are in the same color scheme as the main house), refinishing our oak front door, and removing an exterior door which required closing up the opening with drywall inside and stucco outside. They started work within 4 days, spending several days in very thorough prep including scraping, sanding and patching where needed. The door removal was expertly done, with perfect finishing inside and out. During painting prep we discovered serious termite and rot damage in the pergola. They took on the job of replacing 5 massive beams, 2 posts, and rebuilding brick surrounds around the posts. The work was expertly and thoroughly done, while the painting of the house began in other areas. Also, damage discovered to the shed roof was repaired along with trim boards that had rot damage. Once repairs were done painting was completed, with exquisite attention to detail. No request was too much for them and was always met with a can-do spirit. Every one of the 8 crew members who worked on our house was unfailingly polite, friendly, neat, and never left at the end of the day without a thorough clean up. Albin was on site at least once and often more each day, overseeing efficiently and clearly engaging with his team, leaving nothing to chance. The end result is a house that looks virtually new, in solid shape, and we could not be more pleased. We intend to use All Brands for more upcoming projects without hesitation - it gives us great peace of mind to know that we can reply on one multi-talented company to fulfill our future project needs. Doing due diligence in contract projects is always wise, and we are very fortunate to have found All Brands Painting. We received exceptional value for the money invested in our multi-faceted project and, even more important, the quality of their work was matched by the integrity of Albin's approach to his business. Alvin and his team were fast, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced.

My experience with All Brands was positive from start to finish. Albin was professional from the start. He listened to my expectations and provided me with a detailed estimate that day. He followed up and answered all my questions. His crew, and specifically, his lead, Ivan were great to work with. They were respectful and arrived on time. A huge area of concern for me was my dogs and having to keep them confined for the day for several weeks. They were great with my dogs, who did not have to be confined. This was huge for me. Albin maintained communication with me on an almost daily basis. He made regular visits to make sure the project progressed as scheduled. Albin was readily available when I had a question or concern. He was responsive, listened and cared that I be happy as the project progressed. They invested a significant amount of time doing prep. They understood the challenges of my 100-year-old cottage and met them beautifully. They kept to the schedule outlined and finished on time. Lastly, I somehow over paid Albin by $1,000. He pointed out my error and returned to funds to me quickly. If nothing else, that tells you everything!
