Write a ReviewTeam 9 was awesome
I appreciate the immediate cleaning turn around time that Molly Maid gave us. I called other services and they could not help us. Our office pitched in together to provide a deep cleaning to a spouse of one of our coworkers who passed away due to lymphoma. He had been with his wife daily for 3 months to be with her and had to let the house go. Thanks again MOLLY MAID for making his life a fresh start of months to come.
Make sure they understand in advance what is expected to be conpleted. After 3 hrs of a 4 hr project they were rushing and overlooked a few important things. Dusting the blunds was a priority for me..wasn't theirs.

Hired them for a pre-move in house cleaning. The house is over 5,000 s.f. so I had doubts the job could be completed in one day with the quoted arrival of late morning. But I was assured that they would stay "as long as it takes." They arrived on time; the cost is $85/hour for 2 workers. One of them seemed to work much harder, while the other one took long phone calls and sometimes literally sat on the floor doing nothing. They missed a lot, including: shower scum, drawers clearly not wiped with crud and trash inside them, dirty floors with obvious stains needing mopping. Later in the day, they were having a long conversation about what time they had arrived and how many hours of work that equalled. When they realized I understood what they were saying, they asked ME what time they would need to leave in order to make the time add up to 6.5 hours. They clearly had no intention of "staying as long as it takes." They did not actually mop the floors. They sprayed a little bit of something on the wood floors and mopped it around, but the bulk of the floors were left extremely dirty. They forgot to clean the oven, so the last 20 minutes I paid for (which was rounded to 30), was for ONE person to go back and clean the oven while the other one waited in the car. Big surprise, she did not even clean the glass on the inside of the oven door, which is covered in sticky goo - not just stains, sticky stuff. This experience wouldn't be as bad if it were my own dirt I was left with, but since it was a move-in cleaning, it really sucks.
Seems they were did not have the full details of the job. Spent a lot of time calling their office instead of working the job.
Their response time was excellent. I received the quote on a Staurday and called that same weekend for a "Spring Cleaning" on Monday which they quickly made room for on their schedule. This type of customer service sets them apart in book.
The team was efficient and thorough un their approach and left our house spotless!
The two member team worked very hard for three hours and they completed everything asked of them in a timely matter. The team was friendly, hard working and very efficient
