Alex, the owner, gave me a very low and fair quote yesterday to come out and assess the problem. 4 other companies quoted me from $245 to $1000 to come out, assess, and repair - plus parts!! Alex showed up at 10:00 this morning, very friendly and professional, assessed and repaired my blinds in less than 10 minutes, then got my fireplace pilot light working, charged less than half of the lowest quote, and was out in less than 15 minutes!! Iâ ll hire him again for all my handyman needs. Thank you, Alex!!

I recently hired Modern Exchange for a patio repair project and I couldnâ  t be more satisfied with their work. Our patio was in a dire state, with roots growing underneath and lifting the pavers. This not only made the patio look unsightly but also posed a tripping hazard. The crew from Modern Exchange was thoroughly professional and efficient. They arrived on time and got straight to work. The process took a few hours, during which they meticulously removed the pavers, dealt with the intrusive roots, and then expertly re-laid the pavers. The attention to detail was impressive. They made sure that every piece was perfectly aligned and secure. What stood out was their commitment to getting the job done right. They didnâ  t rush through the process; instead, they took the time to ensure that every aspect of the repair was handled with care. The end result was a beautifully restored patio that looked as good as new. Iâ  m particularly pleased because the crew left the site clean and tidy, showing respect for our property. Their professionalism, skill, and dedication to quality work are commendable. Based on this experience, I have several other projects in mind, and I intend to hire Modern Exchange again. Work commenced quickly when they were hired. I was offered very useful and ultimately well taken design advice.
