MNK created a wonderful deck for us a few years ago and we are so happy we hired them to help us enjoy our yard at an even greater level. They have always been very professional and incredibly talented in building beautiful creations. Recently we needed them to help us with our deck and Joe was very knowledgeable and courteous as he completed a special request we had asked for recently. First of all I have to tell you that I LOVE MY DECK! MNK did such a fantastic job. With COVID-19 and the lumber shortage the schedule was pushed back several times but let me tell you it was well worth the wait. Their workmanship is superb. I can honestly say I have never seen a deck nicer than mine, except for the one they did for my daughter years ago. It was so beautiful so I knew I'd have MNK Unlimited do my deck. The crew were extremely nice and polite. And, even in the extreme weather (cold) that they worked through, I never saw or heard one of them complain. I wish I could attach a picture of my new deck for all to see. If you're thinking of getting a new deck, call MNK. You will not be disappointed!

I canâ t say enough good things about my experience with MNK. Not only was their workmanship top notch, their employees were very professional and personable, and their customer service was superb. I felt they gave me an estimate that was more than competitive. And the value for the money was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way and showed up to work each day at 8:00 am. Joe, Wayne and the rest of the crew were very pleasant and accommodating. I am so impressed with this company. You canâ t go wrong!

I have a three floor town home and hired MNK Unlimited to replace an existing deck with a paver patio on the ground floor and decks on the second and third floors. The original deck was poorly designed and constructed and felt very unsafe. MNK completely tore down the old deck, moved the posts out to create more stability and rebuilt both decks. The decks decks are completely solid and well built, which addressed my major concern regarding safety. In addition, the new deck looks great. They gave me really good advice on the material. The work was done well and completed in a timely manner.

Starting in April with many, many promises, our deck is still not finished. We needed 8 more balusters when all else was completed. He promised he would come back to install when he insisted on full payment. After telling us numerous times saying he will be there to do it "this afternoon" he still has not come. I gave up. Also, neighbor told us the the overhang would not meet code. Now, I question if he even got proper permits. I would not hire again. Too much aggravation all around. However, deck itself is very nice, I think, hopefully it will hold up.
