They do not call you back. They over priced my project with things I did not need in order to over charge. It rained that night after the slabs were poured and they were damaged. When they came the next day they brought a different color concrete to fix it. The original was gray the fix is brown.

I am sorry you feel this way. I do have photos of the finished project and of the area in question. We always warranty our work, but your driveway ran over the water onto the new surface at a later time, and then after completion of the project, things you are claiming are projects that we have not agreed to do. There is also a backlog of 3 to 4 weeks on concrete at the plant, so we have to do a lot more by hand and cost more. I was in the office today when you called. The lady was trying to help you, and you asked for us to do more work to come give you a quote, and then you got very rude on the phone. That is why I told her to politely end the contract.

Ray from M&M showed up on time and was very knowledgeable on process and procedure. Three other suggested vendors either did not show up for appointment or didn't reply to bid request. Pretty sure M&M is knowledgeable and very competent. Hired them.
