I hired Miguel to install a Louisville attic ladder that I purchased at Home Depot. Miguel enlarged the existing opening to accommodate the drop down ladder in my ten foot high garage ceiling. Miguel arrived on time and the work was completed in about four hours which included new wood trim around the opening. Before the work began Miguel covered the floor below the work area with a large canvas drop cloth. Miguel did everything he said he would do and I was completely satisfied. No debris was left behind when the job was completed. Home Depot's web site, where I purchased the ladder, asked it you required professional installation. I checked the box asking to be put in touch with someone who could do the install. Home Depot had only one person listed in Cumming where the work needed to be performed. When I spoke with him he said he was extremely and it might be a month before he would be able to do the work. I spoke with other individuals who offered to do the work however I was not convinced that they had ever installed an attic ladder. When I spoke with Miguel it was obvious to me that he was familiar with the scope of work required. If you want the work done right I recommend giving Miguel at MLE Construction a call. I would not hesitate to use him again

We hired Miguel to insulate and drywall our garage. We expected to receive the estimate in writing which we did not receive, we thought he was going to purchase the materials needed and the cost would be included in the final total which it turned out I had to meet him at Lowe's to purchase and pay for the materials (insulation). He went to return some of the insulation and get the drywall which resulted in me paying over the phone which I was not fond of doing. He left the light that was hanging over the work table in the garage hanging down and when he moved a wire that connected our outside security lights to the line inside he apparently disconnected our security lights as they no longer work. We have not called him about this as we are not sure we trust him to repair it correctly. At one point he asked for extra money to haul off the trash resulting from the work. He did haul it off and we didn't pay him any extra. He wanted us to pay him some one day so he could pay his worker. We think he does good work but needs some help getting his business organized.

MLE Construction, whom we know as Miguel, installed ship lap wood paneling on four walls in different rooms in our house. One of the rooms was a 20+ foot tall Great Room, so it was a difficult job. He also installed custom wainscoting in our living room. After paint, the result is outstanding! Our house looks amazing with these additional custom textures. Today I invited Miguel back to build custom shelving and a built-in desk in my home office. He's preparing a quote on that for me now. We highly recommend Miguel!

Miguel completed a crown moulding project, demo of an old tray ceiling, installed a beautiful new coffered ceiling along with board and batten on the walls. His attention to detail is excellent! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled carpenter! We will hire him again. GREAT JOB!

They do great work, with flexible timing
