Tobias repaired a carpet ripped up by a panicked puppy. He arrived well within the window and the fix looks good. The price was fair compared to other quotes.

Tobias got us in quickly and the carpet stretching was done within a couple days of the posting. It was a good job, and the tenant who was waiting for the apartment was really appreciative.

Tobias from MI flooring was responsive, on time, and completed the job efficiently and timely; after discussing the scope of work over the phone, we arranged for him to come out the following day to assess. He was on time, and within an hour, he had assessed and repaired the carpet as he had described. It looks great!

Tobias was fantastic - came by on short notice, fixed the loose carpet on the step, and for good measure made sure the carpet was properly fastened on all the other steps too. Gave us some good recommendations regarding flooring for a future project, too.

Two carpet repair gentlemen came at the agreed upon time and worked efficiently to re-stretch our carpet. We are pleased with the result and would hire this company again.

Contacted me 5 minutes after submitting quote, friendly and on time also bringing extra carpet which was so convenient! We had about two feet of carpet that needed to be patched and he said it would be an easy fix. He was very unprofessional and came unprepared, asked for many tools instead of going to grab them in his van. Had my husband take the bedroom door off himself. Glued down the side fibers leaving a gap between old and new carpet and left a big mess that he asked us to clean up for him. My husband asked how much it was to clarify, gentleman said $250 and as my husband starts writing the check the guy says â money to blow am I right!â . Throughout the whole process he talked about money and how many people owe him and just over shared lots of information that was not needed. Needless to say weâ re not getting our deposit back and weâ re out $250!

He had to come twice, to complete the job, it should have been done first time. Paid $250 for a job that took about 15 minutes to do.
