MGS Construction, LLC did our front porch. Miguel was our contact and oversaw the total project. He and his crew were professional, arrived on time, were knowledgeable about all aspects of the job, attended to all our concerns and worked with us to assure our satisfaction. Miquel met with us personally, so we could select the product type, colors and quantity. They are truly to be recommended. PS: Deena at the office was fantastic in communicating our vision to the team.

MGS came out today to repair my ten year old flagstone patio and walkway All of the workers were polite and efficient Highly recommend this crew for price and workmanship If you need repairs or new work on patios, walkways or pool decks, give them a call for free estimate Family owned and Dina (reception) is great too

We had a terrific experience working with MGS and their team. They were the best at communication I have experienced in contractors. Prompt. Thorough. Respectful of neighbors. And fast! I was very impressed with their system of scheduling and giving us an estimate with a professionalism that felt like a huge company might provide, then on the day to day, Miguel was on site and gave us the conversation and flexibility of a small shop of experts. The team took great care of the rest of our yard even while moving materials in and out of their trucks. Miguel offered suggestions without being heavy handed and those ideas made the final product so much more beautiful and functional. They were also significantly less expensive than the other companies we interviewed and we could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you all!

We contacted MGS because we needed some repairs done on the concrete entry staircase and steps on our townhouse rental property in DC (concrete on the side needed to be patched and painted and loose stones on the steps needed to be repaired and reset). We found the company by searching for local concrete contractors on Google and really lucked out. Dina at MGS returned our voicemail almost immediately and within a week the job was completed. Since we have tenants we were looking to have the repair done quickly and efficiently, and MGS was most accommodating and gave our job priority. As other reviewers have stated, their work is outstanding and their pricing is very reasonable. Our tenants are very happy, and we are very impressed. We plan to use them for a concrete repair job at another property. Another thing: the repair comes with a two year guarantee!
