Garth is an experienced and competent builder. He can grasp the intent of your project and bring it to a satisfying and economic conclusion. His judgement is good, he offers creative ideas and has a productive pace and focus while he works. I recommend him for high quality residential work and enjoyed working with him.

This fall 2022 we had Garth Blair, owner of Blair Construction PNW paint the stucco on our house. He gave us a detailed proposal and went to work promptly after we agreed to proceed. We were impressed by the care of his prep work. He pressure washed the entire house and caulked even the smallest cracks in the stucco. He then applied 2 coats of the top of the line primer. Followed be two coats of color. It looks great! We are so happy with how it, It looks like a different house! The quality and care of his work was exceptional! It is a joy to work with someone who has such high quality standards. When the project was finished Garth presented a detailed bill including all receipts of materials purchased. We will have Garth back for future projects on our home as painting is just one of a long list of his capabilities. I am happy to recommend Blair Construction PNW Bill D
