Cancel contract and was promised a refund and nothing after 11 weeks. We were promised by Adrean we would get the refund in 4 weeks

Do not trust Adrean. Hired him to do a number of things in our home. His price was fantastic. He asked for 50% down. I should have known better. If any company asks for a deposit, run, no matter what the cost.

On 06/15/2023 I signed the contract with the contractor to build an additional room inside my home and remodel the bathroom which is small bathroom in two months and less than that time frame. We agreed on everything and the price in total was 35k. Without mentioning paying $2500 plus $8250 out of my pocket since the company donâ t even provide finance plan for the signed agreement. Since paying I did not hear any news from the company if I donâ t call or ask where we are at. Month goes, and month passes and not even permit was issued. Now in 08/26/2023 I got enough of wasting my time and wait for absolutely nothing I asked for my full refund, but he tried to charge me $6000 but I refused to be charged and asked him that I will get lawyer, so in the end he took from me $3140 as I wanted to just get over with this matter I signed with him a refund of $7575 for me and he charged me for $3140 for unfinished work of 3D design and for structural plan that only do worth the charges which is $660. I called the county, and they told me we donâ t need any of that besides the structural plan and got the permits in just one week. I hired a pro so I can sit and do my work while the company does their work but lies and being lazy made the whole easy project to be long for no reason. Every time I ask why you are not working on my project â I have other works to doâ like contract not part of the work you should do? Totally not worth anything and took me a whole month to get my refund such a good scammer not recommending for anyone this company for important fast building. I signed cancellation contract on 09/01/2023 and finally got my refund today on 09/26/2023. Make sure you put the due date and build the contract to your side do not get scammed like me and cost me three months plus more than $3140.

they built a deck and fence for me and it looks nice.

The deck and pergola are great, and the build quality is excellent.

Adrian was a pro, was prompt and the service was very good. The job came in on time and as quoted, and was run very clean.

I actually hired Adrian to repair my deceased dog, doghouse in memory of my precious Happygirl. He was very compassionate and caring and totally undstood how important it was to me to restore Happy’s house. He is one nicest people I have ever met. He did an excellent job! I would recommend Adrian for any job big or small. He’s a great person to work with!
