Bruce removed our existing twenty year old kitchen tile floor and installed new ceramic tile. His work was exceptional and he is a reliable contractor who's pricing was fair and I would recommend him to any homeowner who is looking for an honest, dependable contractor.

Bruce Finlay did a complete renovation of my bathroom and it looks fabulous! He was professional and very detailed. He communicated well and was very patient. I had a lot of questions and concerns prior to starting the work and Bruce provided thorough explanations and gave his expert advice. I would fail in my recommendation if I did not mention that I was hesitant to hire Bruce at first because the other contractors that I talked to had 25+ years experience, but I could tell immediately that Bruce was qualified and had the knowledgebase required to carry out the job. I interviewed five contractors for the project. Bruce's pricing was fair and on par with the other contractors that I considered. I took a chance and put my faith in Bruce and I am glad that I did! I have one more bathroom to renovate and Bruce will be the first person that I call for the job. He provided me with quality service and I recommend him.

The best experiences I've had with a contractor. I'm a homeowner for over 24 years. I've dealt with many contractors throughout the years and even the best ones had major flaws. Either they were dishonest, didn't keep their word, took shortcuts that ended up costing me money etc. Bruce Findlay is THE MAN! He kept his word on Everything we discussed and agreed on. EVERYTHING ! I told him straight up - ahead of time - when you knock down that shower wall, I know for a fact there's going to be repairs that will need to be fixed that are not on the list we put together. Know ahead of time that will be part of the deal to fix it at no extra cost. He agreed and that's exactly what happened. He kept his word. Many contractors agree just to take the job and then start trying to milk you for more money. I had one guy come in for this job - we discussed it thoroughly and when he gave me his proposal it stated the job was to repair a leak and wanted to charge me $4500. On another day he was suppose to show up to get papers signed and never showed up. When I called him that night - he said it was too hot. Crazy! I don't even have one complaint., not one about Bruce. I wish him all the success in the world. I interviewed 5 people for the job and I'm extremely happy that I chose him to remodel our shower. He did an amazing job. He went above and beyond. I can go on and on about his work, and professionalism. He's the first and only person we left in our home alone and didn't feel paranoid. He's an honest man - very rare these days. Give him the work - he will come through for you like no other. Bruce is the man and I look forward to giving him more work in the future. I'm telling EVERYONE who will listen about Bruce Findlay.
