As a senior, I was taken advantage of. He charged me $745.00 for a job that probably needed a washer. He lied about the time he was here and said he cut up my old fixtures when I asked for them. Who cuts up a shower head? I asked for a receipt, and he told me buys in bulk. My only problem was I did not ask what the job would cost before he started. He even had a young man with him in training. I only hope he is not showing that young how to get over with older women. God bless them both!

I am 90 years old and he overcharged me for everything and lied about returning my old fixtures. He said he cut them up and threw them in the trash

I had a great experience with Vernon. I had a major project that included two bathrooms. I had some pipe repairs, some pipes replaced, tub/shower installed, sinks, faucets and shower head placed. I was pleased with the estimate quoted and the communication concerning my project all along the way. I appreciated everything being explained to me thoroughly. I also appreciated Vernon arriving when he said he would. It showed he valued my time as a customer. Most importantly the quality of the work that was done was great.
