They put a sump pump in and drainage channels in my basement. The sump pump has remained dry since it was put in in April. The moisture level in my basement went up to 20 cups of water a night form 20 cups a week. Moisture has come up form the basement floor.

We were told up front that there would be a 6-week wait until they could start which was fine with us. The weather set them back 2 more weeks but once started it went quickly. Very professional crew, polite and knowledgeable.

Had a couple of small issues (this is a very old house) but Alex was very accommodating and came back and took care of them. The crew was on time and dependable and did a very nice job. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

THE CREW WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS THEY WERE ANSWERED TO MY UNDERSTANDING. HAD ONE THING THAT WENT WRONG AND ALEX WAS THERE THE SAME NIGHT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. VERY DEPENDABLE . I WAS HOME ONE DAY WHEN THEY WERE WORKING AND THEY WERE PLAYING CHRISTIAN MUSIC WHICH I WAS SURPRISED AND VERY GLAD TO HEAR. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT FOUNDATION WORK AND FEEL THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED WAS A FAIR PRICE.
