They were punctual and did quality work. However, there was a communication issue that led to a misunderstanding. After the initial inspection, I expected a preliminary invoice or contract but received nothing, assuming the project was canceled. The next day, I was surprised to learn they were starting the work. In the meantime, I obtained a lower quote from another company. The price was eventually matched, but I recommend sending a contract or invoice before starting any work to avoid confusion. This is especially important for customers like me who rely on documentation for planning.

Mr. Lucas is not honest and does keep his word. He quoted me one price, I gave him more than he asked and he still did a very poor job. He did not fill all the cracks as promised and quoted and did a very poor job applying the seal coat.

Hi John, I do take pride in my work. I am sorry for any misunderstanding. I am not perfect. But, I am a man of integrity. I did not charge you any extra money. The hot rubber crackfill is heated to liquid form to seap down into cracks for maximum protection. However, the crack may still be visible. The only way to repair a crack and not have it visible is to repave the entire surface. I will personally come out to view your driveway tomorrow. If there is anything I can do to make it prettier to the eye. I will let you know. I do strive for customer satisfaction and appreciate every customer. No matter how big or small.
