Lucas was hired to complete several projects in a rental townhouse. One of the projects Lucas was hired to do was wood-filling hardwood floors. There was a chemical agent used on the floors, which was smeared (there were dried handprints on the floor from the chemical agent) and when Lucas was asked if he was going to clean the agent from the floors, he became very defensive and irate and responded with I did you a favor although Lucas was paid very handsomely for his services. Lucas was also hired to paint and while the paint job was middle-of-the-road, he did not take the time/care to remove and/or tape the wall/light plates and hardware (towel racks, toilet paper holders, etc.), he simply painted over everything and did not bother to remove the paint from these items. Another project was kitchen cabinetry repairs where he neglected to level the lazy Susan door and although we asked him to fix it, he did not. There was also supposed to be a replacement light fixture in a bathroom, and removal of window hardware in a sunroom and these items were not taken care of although we brought it to his attention several times, his response was he did not know. The last straw is when there was an issue with the replacement of the front door lock and when Lucas was questioned about it, his exact words were not my problem. At that point, Lucas was asked to gather his things and exit the property, and instead of exiting the property he chose to argue about how much work he did to which Lucas was reminded just how MUCH money he was paid for his services, he did no favors, and he certainly did not work for free. While it is obvious and understandable there is a language barrier, professionalism is universal and for Lucas to become rude and irate when being questioned about the services he was being paid for, was not acceptable, especially considering the amount of money he was paid. Will not recommend nor will we hire this contractor again.

We hired Lucas and his team to power wash our home as well as paint work in our garage. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and offered us a good quote for the projects. His work was excellent and far superior than our expectations. He finished up in good time and we were very impressed by his work quality. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him, you should give him a call will be very happy with his workmanship and work ethics.
