I had worked with her in Fort Lauderdale before and hired her to do our new home in Stuart. She did a beautiful job and captured our vision perfectly. She is very professional and was always available to answer questions. She is great so don't hesitate to hire Carol.

Do you have a vision of what you'd like your home or space to look like, but not quite have the time or finesse to pull it off? I found myself stressing out about designing and decorating my new condo, so hiring Carol was the absolute best decision I made in my house-buying experience. I wasn't even quite sure I could afford an interior designer or "fancy furnishings," but it turns out I could! Carol was an absolute delight from day one, and I was immediately confident in her ability to bring my vision to a reality. She was very easy to work with, and very considerate to incorporate the existing furnishings that I was keeping, stay within my budget, and was super fun to work with as well. I felt like I had a close friend by my side at every step to help me with advice, decisions, and handling all the behind-the-scenes stuff I didn't want to do. I was amazed at how versatile she was and that she could take "the vibe" I described or showed her in photos and make it uniquely just what I wanted. The whole project came together beautifully (I ended up doing my whole house and outdoor space) and I would absolutely recommend Carol's services. I've gotten so many compliments on my new decor, but most importantly, I just love my home. Carol helped me make it home.

Visited home was asked to do specific work. Went off on a tangent and started discussing colors. Gave her deposit and when we realized she was not for us terminated her services . Asked for refund and was billed for hours of work and travel that we did not ask her to do. Wanted to settle and give her $1000,00 At the end she deducted 3200.00 from my $5000.00 deposit . Only returned $1800.00 . Never received anything from her. Would not recommend this company y for anything. Considered filing suit.

Carol is an outstanding interior designer. A project that started out small grew to be quite large due to damage from unexpected flooding. It didn't phase Carol a bit; she was able to lend advice and locate the professionals we needed and switch gears to the larger project immediately. Without her advice, suggestions, and guidance we would have been overwhelmed. And she was patient enough to allow us to proceed at a pace that allowed previously scheduled family events to occur without disruption. I love our new look! She always took our tastes and lifestyle into consideration and helped elevate the entire decor of our home. She is a pleasure to work with and to know; a very special person!

Outstanding work!!

I worked with Carol with the redesign of our family room/eat in kitchen area and a game room/bar area. After my initial meeting with Carol I felt very comfortable. She wasn't pushy, she listened to what I wanted my room to feel like. My house was build in 1969 so the living spaces aren't so big. She had great space saving ideas and was willing to use whatever existing furniture I wanted. Carol exceeding my expectations. I love my home know. It feels warm and well put together!! Makes me proud to have guest over!

WeI met with Carol before we even closed on our house and drove the keys over the day of the closing. We told her we were moving in a month and although we has a lot to do the only things that HAD to be done before we moved in were the floors, the painting and either a new shower door in one bathroom or a new tub in the other. I would not be able to use either bathroom the way they were but only needed one ready when we moved. We had a painter through our real estate agent and had already picked out the floor. So she basically had a month to figure out the bathrooms and it wasn't done. She did pick out a great paint color for us and showed us samples for things we wanted to do after the move but did not prioritize the tasks we asked her to. Finally with less then a week before our move in date my husband found someone to redo our tub on his own and hired another company to create a custom shower door for us. She was suppose to meet me at the house the day my furniture was coming but never showed up or called. I suppose if you have all the time in the world you could hire her but if you need things done buy a certain date I would not take the chance. We basically paid her a retainer to pick out a paint color.

It was such a pleasure working with Carol Masters. Carol and her team were amazing to work with. She has a great design eye, warm personality and professionalism. her impeccable taste and eye for color has turned our home into exactly what we envisioned. She has provided excellent service all the way through.
