Mario was very responsive from the beginning. He was quick to come over and give us a quote for a concrete patio. We scheduled the work to be done and they were right on time when the scheduled day came. They completed the work quickly and did a great job. You can tell Mario takes great pride in his work and it really showed in the final product. I would highly recommend him!

Contractor was quick to respond, he was the only person to actually come to the house to review the work we wanted done. His quote was very competitive, he was able to start shortly after and did a great job. Everything about the experience was pleasant. I will recommend and will rehire in the future.

Mario told me I had 5 days to pay. He did 14,000 total work for me. The last 2K was on the Wed before Thanksgiving. This means 12K was already paid. I offered to pay the last job 50% in advance but he said to pay when he was done. Then, when I was not available on Thanksgiving Day, he sent insulting messages about not paying him (I paid before 7 am the following morning). It was really astonishing to me that he would get so mad and show his other side after having to wait for payment overnight. Even though the work was good I will not hire again.

I wish that customers know how much everything costs, she did not have a clue and offered me a very low amount I asked for more money and told her that the money she offered to pay did not even cover the materials. So I told her to get someone else, she asked me how much and finally we agreed on a price. She offered to pay 50% in advance and I told her that I trusted her because in the past she paid the same day I finish the job, but in this case, it was different I finished the job on Wednesday and got paid on Friday. I told her that was the last job I would do for her and she got mad and said I insulted her. That is what happened.
