They have not yet scheduled my job.they have told me they received the permit about a month ago.i guess just wait and see 4 now.

Jen and Mike were great to work with. Their team kept us up to date thru out the entire process of removing ans installing our rear lani and front screened in area.. I love working with people who do what they say, when they say and providing a quality job. Already received compliments on their work. We would give them a 10.

Lightning Aluminum is a very impressive company - from start to finish Jen and Mike were on top of every aspect of the project from design, permits and approvals through demolition of the old pool cage and construction of the new pool cage. Pricing was very competitive, scheduling was precise, work was completed on schedule and the professionalism and quality of both the work and the organization was evident at every step. We highly recommend them for any pool cage project.

The next day they installed it rained and all the water passed through the extension of the roof they made. We asked for a panoramic screen and they used the same screen instead of a heavy screen. We have many mosquitoes inside and I do not know where they come in. Finally, it has not passed the final inspection twice already.

When I first heard about Lightning Aluminum, I was a little doubtful. When I met Mike Diaz, he was the best contractor that I spoke to, along with being the lowest price by several thousands of dollars. The kicker was that he did not want any money until all the materials and his tools were on site. I have never seen a crew work as hard or as fast as Mike Diaz’s crew. Mike was on site and working as hard or even harder than anyone else. The quality of construction was the best!! My old screen enclosure, pre-Hurricane Andrew had to come down and a new one built from scratch. This was a difficult job because it was 2500 square feet under screen but there are different levels and widths. It was not an easy, straightforward job. Mike Diaz from Lightning Aluminum did a perfect job!! I could not be happier with his work. Someone reading this may ask what were the negatives. I can truthfully say there were none. That is very, very rare in Naples, Fl. Pat O’Mara
