TOTAL CON ARTISTS! THESE CLOWNS HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR EVERY SHORT COMING THEY HAVE. IT IS ALWAYS SOMEBODY ELSE'S FAULT. THEY CHARGED ME OVER 700.00 DOLLARS FOR ONE HOURS WORK IN WHERE THEY USED MY OWN EQUIPMENT AND ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES FOR LABOR. THEY ARE SO INEPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL, IT IS A JOKE;

Paid $30 for someone to tell me to pay more than double to repair a garage door opener than what I paid for, to begin with. I unscrew the lightbulb and corrected the problem.

I MADE THE CALL & RESPONSE WAS WITHIN 2 HOURS - JASON WAS SUPER TO WORK WITH AN WHEN i ASK WHEN IT COULD BE DONE HE REPLIED "NOW" BLEW ME AWAY - FAST AND SUPER JOB - - found out my neighbor used them too, loved the work.

Customer service was the most excruciating experience ever. All communication had to be initiated by me. Installation dates were canceled three times by the company. The explanation was that they could not get the door from the warehouse. The door was delivered by the company owner after 6 weeks, but he never notified me until I called on week 8. No communication by the company. The subcontractor who installed it was awesome. very professional. I would not use Lifetime again.
