I had the parts for a refrigerator but I wanted a repairman to install them. I called. More than a dozen repair services before Lux. Their repair person Dean showed up the next morning, was quick and professional. Highly recommend them.

Visit helped figure out problem with Bosch dishwasher. Very patient and persistent ended up finding user did not put in filter fitting correctly. But fee was very reasonable and his help was valuable. Thanks!

The repairman just looked at the appliance and said **bad news. The motor is broken**. Not professional. We are waiting for a second opinion!

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the price. My part was about $35 but labor was $210. The guy took less than an hour to fix, I was glad he had the part on hand. So fast, professional and good service, just a bit pricey. Still, I will call them for my next washer/dryer fix.

I will be recommending LuxRepair to other homeowners, friends, and neighbors. Dispatch service was polite and friendly. Even though our problem turned out to be a small job, we received very good service.The repairman , Mark, was punctual, diagnosed the problem right away , fixed it and then confirmed the repair for us. LuxRepair provided great customer service and charged a very reasonable price - we definitely did not feel overcharged! We will definitely use them again!
