The young man was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was prepared to do the work and was very quick and efficient. He cleaned after himself. He noticed that I had a small tear in the heater hose and patched it voluntarily. That was very kind. He provided some professional recommendations that could possibly help us in the future. I greatly appreciate the effort that this young man displayed while working at our home. I would most certainly use him again and would definitely recommend him to others. BTW, the price was very reasonable.

Having just bought our home, we wanted to have the heating system assessed before winter hit. Entrepreneur Brian Lewis is a wonderful, exacting professional. As promised, he followed-up after the job was "completed" by another, Company A, to see if it had been satisfactory. It was not. Not by a longshot. So I decided to try Lewis' HVAC service and set a date. Prior to their arrival, Brian Lewis called to inform me of the workers' names. Upon arrival, Kevin & Marco considerately introduced themselves, took off their shoes, were careful not to let our pet slip out the door. Importantly Kevin explained the process. Kevin and Marco did a thorough inspection, really dug into the works (unlike Company A) and answered my questions. Kevin pointed out the age of the heating unit (which I knew) as well writing down for me the names of the parts replaced in the last two years. As an example of Lewis' thoroughness, the guys checked for oily fluid residue indicative of a leaking gasket. They said the heating unit is in good shape. They did not try to sell a service contract at all; oft seen in the industry. They didn't try to sell me anything else. They didn't leave until they were sure I was satisfied. Also, Brian called afterward to check if I was satisfied. Yes! Indeed I am. It seems that Lewis Co handles many types of jobs. As a result of this process, I told Brian I intend to call them back for various upcoming projects such as adding outlets, TV mounting, mounting sconces, plumbing updates. I do recommend Brian Lewis' company! It was a really good experience. Company A, not on Home Advisor, pushed to sell their service contract which would entitle me to a spring check on the HVAC as well. They spent less than 10 minutes but they did put in our new replacement filter. Company A said they "sanded a wire for appearance and to somewhat extend its life." They said I could use a new part for $119 as it was faltering and could fail at anytime. Company A showed me the interior, with a flashlight. For instance, they pointed out a 4" x 4" metal piece, told me not to touch it which I already had said "What? This piece?" They reacted as this is an important "capacitor." P.S. That was not a capacitor.
We always appreciate customer feedback. It helps us understand what we are doing right and what needs to be improved. I am glad my staff did a great job and served our customer well. Their professionalism distinguished us from our competition and helped earn our customer's loyalty. I have a HVAC system which is quite old and it had started to give me trouble for the last few years- esp during the winter time for heating.I was tried of calling my old hvac people who have been repairing my hvac unit for the last few years. Lewis companies was recommended by a friend of mine who has had exceptional service from them. I called and Spoke to Mr Brian. Right from the start i had a very good felling... They were very polite and professional... I requested if the tech could come as early as possible as i did not have any heat. Mr Brian assured me that he will sent a Tech within the next two hours. As mentioned by Mr Brain the Tech was at my house within the two hours and the Tech diagnosed the problem in a matter of few minutes that he had spend on my HVAC system. I was surprised at the ease of fluency of the Tech's knowledge of the system. I was much more happy when i saw the bill - it was much less than that i used to pay to the other companies.The Tech did a Good job of cleaning before leaving. He even waited for one full hour to assure me that the unit would be fine. The best part was that the Tech called me the next day to ask if the unit was functioning well... That is called world class Tech service and customer service combined. I will recommend Lewis Companies to all my friends. I am glad my friend directed me to them. They now have a happy customer. Lewis Companies, LLC recently repaired my unresponsive furnace and I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. The owner personally contacted me to inform me which technician would be servicing our unit and when they would be arriving. After the work was completed, the owner stopped by to follow up and ensure that we were happy with the sevice and provided a thorough explanation of what occurred. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable source for household failures. I am extremely pleased with Lewis Companies, LLC and highly recommend them! I will certainly be calling on them if I ever require assistance again!
