I knew what the problem was, it should have taken 15 minutes to fix, he spent 2 hours. Also, we negotiated a price, but then he tacked on a $75 fee.

This custom was difficult to work with because he knows everything from the internet and didn't me to work on the system gas valve and it does not take 15 minutes to replace a gas valve, He should have done it himself and saved me the trouble

Rod came promptly to the house to access the needed repair work and gave me an estimate. He had to come back twice to finish the work and each time let me know what type of work was needed and the cost.
