Leonard Air Plumbing

Contacted by William at Leonard Air Plumbing to repair a leaking shower faucet. Their technician came to my house, told me I needed a new part which he had to go out and purchase. I agreed and he fixed the leak (total cost approx $500). In doing so, he broke the shower handle. I realized the handle was broken after he left when I went to use the shower that night, so I contacted William and he dispatched the technician again. This time I was told I needed another new part, which I had to order (for $92). The part finally arrived, and now William says it will cost another $180 for the technician to install the part. When I objected, William told me the part was already broken and accused me of trying to get him to do work for free. Not a pleasant experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere, recommend you do the same.

I called to get a water heater replaced, prompt, professional, clean and done right the first time. They even called a week later to make sure everything is working correctly!

I called and spoke to William about trying to get the pilot lit on my water heater after having had some work done. The water heater was about 11 years old and pretty rusted at the bottom. His dad worked on it for about 2 hours trying get it going so the we could get hot water in the house. Even if only for a couple of days, no dice, it was too far gone and he showed me where the problem was. I had already scheduled the replacement with them for the weekend so it wasn't a case of can't fix so buy a new one. We had them install a tankless one instead of a traditional tank, the only thing I was worried about was the hole that needed to be made for the exhaust, Angel, the installer did a great job of not making the hole any larger than it needed to be. It was a long job primarily because of where the tank had to be installed (not much room to work in) but, he made it work. He cleaned up all the debris and swept as best he could. Overall I am very pleased with Leonard Air and will use them for any plumbing needs going forward.
