Leo and his team just installed 2 Genie garage door openers for us. I ordered the Genieâ s from Costco then called around to several companies. The other companies stated that they do not install Geniesâ s because apparently they are very complicated to install. I was almost convinced that I needed to return my Genieâ s to Costco. After talking to Leo, he assured me that Genieâ s are a wonderful product with great warranty. He said he installs Genieâ s all the time for Loweâ s and his installation confidence and price convinced me to keep my Genieâ s and get the job done with Leo. Leo was very friendly and easy to work with. We texted a few times back and forth to set the date, and he showed up when he said he would show up. When the job was done, he showed me how everything worked and how to lubricate it twice a year. Then he helped me set up the WiFi option. Thanks so much for your hard work, especially in this sweltering heat. I will recommend you to my family, friends & neighbors.

Arranged through Lowe’s installation. Arrived on time. Was able to get some extra parts that I had neglected to get and charged me the cost price. Clean install. All old parts removed and space left clean. I wasn’t home at all for this and felt that a very professional job was done. Will use again if there are any issues in the future. Installed two openers. No issues.
