Do not hire this company. I am fairly certain that Legacy Team Construction hires the cheapest sub-contractors they can find, and their work reflects it. I hired Legacy to remodel bathrooms in my home, and will forever regret the day I hired them. The contractors I have subsequently had to hire to fix Legacy s poor workmanship have either laughed or simply shaken their head at Legacys beyond amateur work. A few highlights of my experience with Legacy Construction: -they completed the work almost 3 months past the date they originally gave as the completion date. This was due to workers not showing up to the job site for multiple days at a time, or if they did show up, working only a couple hours per day. -Three separate sub-contractors were used. One left because he claimed he was not paid enough and one did such bad work that I could not allow them to continue. -One of the sub-contractors workers who tiled a bathtub did such a bad job that all of the tile in the tub had to be removed and re-tiled. The sub-contractor later told me that this worker does not really do tile. -The same worker who tiled the bathtub, and who I explicitly said was to not do any more tile work, was assigned additional tile work, which he again did such a bad job that the work had to be re-done. -The plumber improperly installed sink faucets, so the tile on the wall where the faucets were installed had to be removed and redone to fix the issue. -Two separate plumbers claimed the bathtub faucet would not work because of manufacturer defects. I had inadvertently purchased the wrong valve, which should have been very obvious to any competent plumber. I figured out how to fix the issue through my own research, and when I told them how to fix it they said it would not work. I asked them to do it anyway and it resolved the problem. -Workers left construction garbage, drinks, and food where they were working and did not remove it for weeks, despite me asking multiple times. The amount of debris eventually became a hazard, and I had to spend 8+ hours removing the garbage and cleaning the spaces myself. -less than 3 months after the work was completed, the tile in the master shower is coming apart at the grout lines.
