Joe was awesome. I had a big yard and he produced awesome results with the leaves being gone. Communication between myself and Joe was awesome and I will definitely be hiring him again in the future.
We would definitely go with Learys Lawn Care again and again. Joe was very personable and knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions and concerns. When he came out he was able to work with us and our hectic schedule, and their services were prompt and they were super accommodating.
Very nice guy and a hard worker. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
Really nice guy
They do a wonderful job. I woul recommend them to anyone so Know
Joe was eager to come out and said all the right things. We agreed on having him come out to perform a spring cleanup, mulch entire property, and mow/edge every two weeks. 4/16/19 - Came out to clean up and perform the first mow/edge. Leaves were left in multiple areas of the yard. Mow was acceptable but no edging was horrendous. Walkways were started but not finished. There were spots where grasses were several inches high along border walls. Nevertheless, I was waiting for them to return to mulch the property the following week. 4/23/19 - No mulch yet, No calls or emails 4/30/19 - No mulch yet, no calls or emails 5/4/19 - Its now over 2 weeks since first mow, grass is overgrown and no sign of Joe. Had to mow the lawn myself. 5/5/19 - Email from Joe with an invoice. Email stated he was out Friday and it looked like the lawn had been mowed. I was home all day looking at the overgrown lawn. No call, no knock, nothing. Joe apparently lied about coming out. I replied to email same day asking for Joe to call me. 5/7/19 - Sent another email asking to be called back. He replies stating he would call me later. Finally calls me that evening and states he had a guy out and other things had come up. I understand that life happens so at this point I'm still very much on his side. He assures me that he himself would be out following Monday to mulch my yard, "RAIN OR SHINE". I give him the benefit of the doubt. 5/13/19 - Waiting for mulch, no show. No call or email. 5/14/19 - No mulch, no call or email. I call and leave a voicemail. 5/15/19 - No mulch, no call or email. I call, no answer. 5/16/19 - No mulch, no call or email. I call and leave a voicemail. This goes on for days. 5/23/19 - Email asking to pay invoice. I reply and call, no answer, no response. At this point, I am getting a little frustrated with the lack of communcation and lack of respect for a client. I have check written out for invoice since I received the email but I was waiting for Joe to keep his word and come out for the mulch, then I would pay in person. I continue to call and leave messages, no responses or calls. 6/1/19 - Another email asking to pay invoice. Now over a month since he was out first time to mow when we had agreed on mowing every 2 weeks. Still waiting on mulch as well. Called, left message, no response. 6/3/19 - I emailed asking to be called back, no responses or calls. 6/20/19 - Emails me asking to submit payment or he would put this in collections. How is it that you can keep emailing me but refuse to speak to me when I call? I've been calling for days and finally he answers the phone. I ask what the status is and why he hasnt been out and he replies "Why should I come out when you don;t pay your bill?" Mind you, check has been written out and waiting for him to show up for 2 months. He threatens to take me to small claims court if I don't pay for the subpar "work" that had been "completed". He proceeds to use vulgar language stating that my opinion means nothing to him as he is an "established business with more clients then you can make me lose". Is this how a business owner should talk to clients? Im just a nobody in his eyes because of his big established clientele. Joe said all the right things when he first came out, but has since shown just how disrespectful of person/business he could be since then. Lack of communication and use of vulgar language when it was entirely uncalled for. I had even recommended him to all my neighbors and several friends. I have since told them all to stay away.
Jim is very concerned that you are satisfied. He goes the extra yard to make sure you are happy.
