The caulking was less than desirable. We had to recaulk alot of the area that was undesireable.

They were hired to install a new shower., Work was to start within 4 to 6 weeks from sept 2nd. They did not show up until Mid October (seven weeks later). It is now Dec. 29th, and I am still waiting on them to complete the bathroom..

My installer John was fantastic. He did an amazing job and I am so pleased with his attention to detail and the way it all turned out. With my home being almost 100 years old nothing is plum or square. He was so caring and took his time and it came out beautifully. I am so glad John was my installer he is amazing.

No customer service, I had to schedule three times before I could get the job done . The contractor blame us for his mistakes, he is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I choose one color and ended up with another color, overall not happy . They have problems at their warehouse with packing their products. We would not recommend this company. Did not get the WOW factor for money.

Great presentation by Nick. Very nice, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Super quality products and vert6competitive pricing. Because of very busy installation schedules, it will take 4-6 weeks before walkin shower remodel can happen. We can wait, no problem. It will be worth it.
