they had to come back 2x because the first crew installed the corner piece backward and it could not be caulked. But they left it and I had to contact the mgr. that took a week, then the next crew his Best crew came and had to rip out the shelves and an entire panel of the shower wall and discovered my hot water was not hooked up! They rehung everything. The caulk line was so skewed. I again sent a photo a message and it has been 3 weeks with no response. I stopped my check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I would suggest not limiting you self to one company to do you install or service. Because it will cost you in the long run. The install when ok, had Ice storm damage. Company gave quote. Then changed the quote at last min. And was really arrogant about it. I would not recommend being tired to only one company to do repairs on their system. Update 7/29/22 the company finally got back with me to honor their quote
I have requested for the contractor to get in touch with me via text since I am having trouble answering calls if the numbers are not save. However, the contractor has yet to follow up with me regarding my deposit.

The job started out good and the contractors were pleasant compliant with wearing mask and shoe covers, but once they put up the green-wall (sheetrock) the job declined. The white panels that were installed had scratches and scuff marks on it and when they came back to replace one (not all) of the panels, the new panel was cracked, so they could not install it. Also the caulking job was horrible, so I called LHSS customer services with a complaint before I made a decision whether or not to have them return and I have not heard from them since. The installation was not done with good workmanship and my 91 year old mother is now afraid to allow them to return out of fear that they will damage her property because I filed a complaint. I definitely feel like we were overcharged for the material that they used and asked the salesperson for a financial breakdown of all of the materials that were used and he and his outsourced partner ignored my request, so I definitely feel like we were ripped off. Therefore, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would recommended that buyers do their homework, make sure that all the materials that you are purchasing meet all of your needs and ask for a financial breakdown of those materials including the lost. Hard lesson learned for $8,500 walk in shower only! Shame on them.

I am planning on doing this project in the month of March and was very pleased with Joseph the salesperson. I plan on doing a before and after video to encourage family and friends to invest. I am not getting any younger and this will benefit the entire Family, especially my 80 year old Mother in law. Looking forward to the transformation. We need more salespeople that care for example Joseph the young man that came out and spoke to me. I've been doing my own investigating and so far everything seems to be in order. My Husband needed some convincing (LOL)
