Write a ReviewI use Lavallee electric for the maintenance of my Generic generator and, a problem occurred when the light inside the window of it showed a yellow light along with the green light. Not knowing what it meant I called Lavallee and, he told me not to worry & that everything would still be working but, to fix what the problem was he sent me an email with the steps to to clear the yellow light out and, get only the green light to be showing which means everything is good and, whatever the problem was had been taken care of. I was glad he responded quickly not knowing if it was a serious problem and, it turned out not to be. It's good to have good customer service when needed .
I recently received service to fix my pool pump electrical. I just wanted to let you know that the gentleman who came here and performed the service was top notch. Very friendly, courteous and professional. And to boot, the price was also very good. Thank you for your service. During these tough times we are all experiencing, it is comforting to know that top service is still available.
I liked how the young man explained what was wrong , and whether it could be fixed and how.
Called these guys 24 hours ago and they already have come, installed our bathroom fan/light, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to operate the new fixture. The owner answers the phone and if he isn t there he has called me back within minutes both times I ve called.

Paul and his electrician Russ were fantastic! He came out within a day to do the install and provided great feedback to my questions. Very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend them again! My wife was also very happy with their work.
I was having a technician install central air conditioning and I needed an outlet, some wiring, and an upgrade on my circuit breaker. Paul coordinated with the technician and I was very happy with the work. He and another of his men did the work...good job.
They did an excellent job with a very good price. Heck they even gave me a ride to pick up my car at the garage that fixed my car! Highly recommended professional, on-time and friendly.
I have to say these guys were prompt when you could get a hold of them since they never answer their phone and never really get back to you, but once they did, they set up a day and came out. The light installation was on a high ceiling and it was switching out old light for new chandelier. The install was fine but when I got home I notice the light was slightly bent and not straight. Called and left message to have them come back out and fix but never received a call back. Ended up calling another electrician to redo the entire job. Although I liked the promptness, I could've done without the job being haphazard and having to pay another electrician to fix the mistake.
As I explained when I spoke to you, the fixture was slightly "bent" when we arrived to put it up. We did not want to break such an expensive fixture and there were no complaints when we cleaned up and left. Unfortunately, we had emergencies (which I also explained) that had to be addressed before we could come back to address the problem (which you did not give us time to get back to you about). As you even said, our price was more than reasonable for the job, especially after the price you ended up paying the other electrician (which was more than the job was worth). Again, I apologize that we did not connect sooner, so that we could make the situation right.
