This company asked for 50% down for the whole project. I agreed to pay him $225 in advance for hedge trimming and hedge bed cleaning. As soon as he took the money, he left and promised to come back next day, but he came back in 4 more days. He only trimmed the hedge, but not cleaning hedge bed and he declared "job done". We had to put more money to hire another yard care constructor to to the job. We ended up to pay more money than planed.

He made a patio work in my back yard, did yard work all year. He gave a good price of the work. I have been very pleased.
