We had 2 projects, 1 we needed to do , concrete siding and a 2nd we wanted to do, composite decking. Michael had good experience and positive recommendations from others in our neighborhood for similar siding projects. We met with Michael and felt good about his knowledge of the siding project, working with our HOA and seemed like a good person and a good communicator. As we had that 2nd project, deck that we wanted to do, we asked a few vendors to quote it and Michael was one of them. Over time, we felt like he did the best job of listening to our needs, goals and budgetary requirements. He also came up with a few creative ideas that made the deck better design for our family. As far as the contract and payment terms, quality of work, communication throughout the project and finished projects, we are very happy clients and highly recommend partnering with Michael and Lasting Impressions.â

We had a whole exterior make over, roof, siding, doors, windows and gutters and had our exterior brick painted. All the work is outstanding and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We feel like we are pulling up to a new house every time we come home. Money well spent!

After a huge home renovation by Lasting Impressions Home Solutions, our patio was extended to include a custom-built stone area for our grill. The patio area nearest the house was finished with a beautifully constructed cover (the cherry on top!) featuring stone and cedar columns to match the other columns on our home. Electrical work included a ceiling fan and mounted heaters. It's an all-weather open porch ~ I can't wait to have the heaters on and watch the snow falling!

Where to begin about this outstanding company?! Such honest, dependable, experienced workmanship is a blessing. After living in our home 30+ years, it was time for major renovations... The exterior of our home was taken down to the studs with any needed repairs made to the structure (including replacing columns on front porch), insulation replaced and upgraded, and expertly finished all around with top-quality James Hardie siding. A detached garage was constructed from the ground up, complete with plumbing, and also finished with James Hardie siding. Careful consideration was taken in grading to prevent flooding. The stone retaining wall with drain spouts is really pretty!

Lasting Impressions helped us with our curb appeal project. Covered porch and attic dormer space. Which included framing, electrical, roofing, windows, structural and carpentry. We've used other GCs in the past, and what sets Lasting Impressions a part is they have good trades, they are excellent communicators, fair and they are flexible to work in the way that we prefer. The last part is huge. There are a lot of "sales and marketing" design and build firms out there that bring 5 people to a meeting...none of who swing a hammer. Michael and team are efficient, former tradesmen themselves, build to design, transparent with their process and can offer more construction and less overhead. Using them again on our kitchen renovation!

Michael really took care of all our needs , service was prompt and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any house projects
