DO NOT hire this company. We did because: 1) they were a newer company and we wanted to help out the ?little guys?; 2) the estimate was the lowest we received; and 3) the salesperson got us on the family aspect: everyone was excited for this project, they would handle everything, and even their wife would assist with the design. None of this was true. We were bid an amount that fit within our budget and were promised that if anything, the final payment would be lower than the estimate ? it ended up being $45k over, half of which was due to missing items like HVAC and removal of asbestos (which we told them ahead of time). No communication between the groups of people that were on site, and I was micromanaging everything by explaining things, scheduling meetings, emailing, etc. Tasks took a minimum of 3 "tries" to complete. I fired them because the project still wasn't finished 7 months later and nothing was improving. I can go on, but working with Lando was the worst experience.
