Amazing! By far the best home inspection we have had - and we have had a few. Quick to respond to emails, texts and calls -Matthew was wonderful. He made an appointment within days with the realtor. We were not able to be there in person so he took extra time and care to check everything - furnace, air conditioning, drainage, etc. In fact, our realtor was so impressed she is going to stay in contact with him for future work. Within 2 hours we had a full report with photos, full details and recommendations on next actions. If you need a home inspection - without a doubt, L&A is the place to call.

I filled out an online form with Home Advisor and received calls from 2 inspection companies within minutes. They both seemed very well qualified. The inspector we hired was Mathew with L & A Inspections. He was on time and did a thorough job. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I have one word of caution about Home Advisor. When I filled out the online form, it seemed to open a floodgate of junk emails. I received 47 spam emails within an hour of filling out that form. I unsubscribed from those that allowed me to and blocked the rest. Other than that, it was a very positive experience all the way around.
