I worked with Lakeview Roofing on both a flat roof replacement and subsequent balcony decking replacement, which each turned out very well. Mario and the team were efficient and transparent in the bid process and made sure to communicate options and suggestions on the best fit for my building. Both phases of the project work were also completed in a very timely manner, with Mario making sure to keep me informed on progress throughout. Iâ m very happy with the end result and would happily work with the team again on a future project.

The process was very professional from quote through project completion. I worked with Mario, who went out of his way to make sure I had information on specifics of what needed to be done as well as the best materials to use. The team was very efficient, arrived on time when they said, very clean, and respectful of the property. The team also worked hard to be sure the job was done in a 1.5 day window between rain showers, which was very much appreciated for a roof leak repair. I will happily work with the team again on future projects.

We had a rather difficult roof replacement that required substantial replacement of rotted wood, repitching the roof, replacing an old wooden decorative railing with a new strong and safe one, and re-doing the junction between the roof and the outside wall. They also had to reconfigure soffits and add a gutter. Although the square footage is not large, every aspect of the job turned out to be somewhat unique and difficult. In addition, we have high standards for fit and finish. Through the whole job, they communicated well and continued to find solutions. The final result is extremely solid and effective, and looks great Iâ m sure the work has added far more value to the house than the cost of the work. Highly recommended.
