I hired this company for a one-time move out cleaning project. The effort exhibited during the initial cleaning was great. However, the low reviews are based on the followup service after the initial cleaning. Unfortunetly, there were some areas that were not cleaned satisfactorily and needed to be revisited after the initial cleaning. The company refused to consider a followup cleaning call, but instead stated that I would need to re-book for another 2 hours in order to get the areas in question re-cleaned. I cannot recommend this company based on the refusal to followup to insure satisfaction with the cleaning job they performed. I was also met with terrible custormer service when contacting the company to further discuss this matter. My last attempt at contacting them resulted in me leaving a voice message to which I have not received a response almost a week later. This company did a good job in the first attempt at cleaning. However, the lack of customer service regarding followup to the initial cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. If you do decide to use this company, My warning would be that, at the conclusion of the job, make sure you fully inspect all areas to be sure they are properly cleaned. Based on my negative experience, I cannot in good conscience, recommend this company for a move out cleaning service.

Hi Mr. Darryl please verify who was the company you hire but it was not us. You only sent us a message regarding a move out cleaning that you needed an estimate. And you gave me the Name of Lupe who is your real estate agent who we needed to arrange a time for an onsite estimate so she could open the door for Rosy. Rosy was there on September 11 around 12:15 who met with Lupe and that was the only person who we met. Then after we sent you the proposal to your email with the price of $480 never got a response.so no it was not us who did that service we never got hire. We hired Lakeview to clean ceiling fixtures and fans on our cathedral ceiling. They did an excellent job. They arrived within the window of time they gave us. They were efficient and the fixtures look great.
