Matt and his team were very professional, super responsive, easy to work with and explained very in an easy to understand manner. They worked around our unique circumstances to find a cooking solution. I submitted multiple inquiries for a quote and they were the only local company to respond. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, the speed of their responses and the ease of doing business with them. They were hard workers and very professional while on site. I would recommend Lakeshore Heating and Cooling and would do business with them again! Thanks guys!

Matt and his team tried to fix what I had going on and they did and they didn't want to tell me something extra like Anderson does. Straight up, honest business man. I Called and appt was made very quickly. They Arrived friendly and super helpful with the insurance claim, helped walk me through the entire process. Came after hours to complete job for us! Highly recommend owner and team and great to support a small business!

Great customer service! Just absolutely wonderful service. Very professional. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were able to come out next day and get both of my AC units up and running that same day! Leonard was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. Didn't try to sell me a new unit which I appreciated. Will definitely be calling them for any future HVAC needs!

Had some hot water tank issues. Matt came out and reset it. Then he saved us from a catastrophe by catching a leaking pipe. He shopped around to find the right part. Went the extra mile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very friendly and caring as well!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
