Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!

We contracted with LTB Construction to design and remodel our primary bathroom. We are very pleased with the outcome! The owner, Yury, was on the worksite regularly reviewing the quality of work. He also kept us updated throughout the process. We would recommend LTB without hesitation. Job well done!

Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. I truly respect his heritage and how he treats his co-workers and teammates. LTB is currently doing a complete overhaul, repair and upgrade of a family memberâ  s A-Frame, also impeccable to date. He will be starting another project as well for my family soon. I would be hard pressed to recommend any one other than LTB for most projects. Enough said and good luck with your own.

There is only one way to get to the deck we had replaced and that is through the house so it was important our contractor and workers were professional. Yury and his team were exceptionally easy to work with--not only skilled and dedicated to quality, but also polite, pleasant, punctual, and diligent. We could not ask for more and will call LTB again when we have another project.

Yury and his crew especially Rushlan were excellent. His team are hard workers, professional and clean. His team replaced my bathtub, added an exhaust fan, replaced bathroom pipes, added faucets and replaced drywall in kitchen and living room. I would certainly use their company again for other projects.

Yuri and his crew were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable as well as helpful with our Deck design. Everything discussed was completed in a timely manner. They went above our expectations we will use them again for future projects. We Highly recommend them for service. Price was very reasonable.

Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update.

I already gave a review after they finished my porch a bad man cave .. just amazing ! Always on time, always professional and got the job done as they promised . The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! No need for multiple estimate s. Just hire them . I am already hiring them for another project. Thank you LTB construction and remodeling . Best of the best !!!!!!
