Awesome job on time respectful and didnâ t bat an eye with added work new cabinets, new tile, new lights, new hardware and my new funky mirror. I have decided to stay and am thinking kitchen redo. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. I have Marcelo on speed dial . Mary in Fairfax. 5+

uneven level of craftsmanship, poor planning

Marcelo and his team were outstanding. His lead worker on this job, Romulo, did an *amazing* job with my custom work space and the custom cabinetry he built for one of my bathrooms. And he was fantastic at leading the other workers, making sure they made progress every day. The team was there every morning at 8am and worked hard every day (M-F). Marcelo was on site every day to ensure his men were on task, and to address any concerns that arose. There were a couple of little hiccups along the way with some of the fixtures and other products I picked out - and Marcelo was there to work the problem and find a suitable solution. The quality of the work, the service that was provided by Marcelo and by Romulo, and the value of the work they did....all of it.....5 stars across the board. I will definitely call these guys again when I need more work done.

I had a most bizarre experience where the manager was accepting jobs without his boss's knowledge while he was away on vacation. After the first day of work, I came by to find that the workers had placed a vacuum cleaner and other items in the bathtub that had just been refinished, along with other junk. The bathroom was not in the scope of work. Also, there was plaster and paint on the new appliances and the old heater that had not been covered. Drapery hardware I had instructed to be removed was not removed. French doors had paint on glass and were messy. I have never seen anything quite like this. When the owner got home he found out about this job and promised to fix everything. I also paid him extra to do a few things like patch holes in the bathroom and put up two light fixtures. The fixtures were done but they did not do all the bathroom items, like fill in the holes left in the bathroom door and remove the drapery supports in three rooms. I texted him about this but never heard back, probably because he'd already cashed his check. I will never use these people again.

Arlin went above and beyond completing the interior painting I requested on such a short notice. Not only was his painting excellent, he also repaired a hole in the wall left by an old alarm system. When done, you couldn't tell there had been a piece missing. I would highly recommend using LJP. I plan on hiring them in the future to do other work I have envision completing.
