After soliciting several bids from contractors and having discussions with them, I chose LeMik. I was so very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of the project, and communication. Their bid was very competitive and what really sold me was their communication and suggestions to enhance the project as they identified opportunities that I had missed in my projection. Jerome is a true professional to work with and I highly recommend him.

Let me just say this about Jerome. This has truly been an experience for me and my wife as we worked through this whole process. Once I started working with Jerome,I had no doubts as to the outcome we were headed towards. I knew we would be satisfied at the end.. I could not have asked for a better GC than Jerome. I remember days when he got disappointing news that would have toppled many project managers, but he stayed in there and carried it through.
