Lemieux Building

Hired John Lemieux to install new tile throughout my entire home in January 2015. It is a complete disaster. We will have to pull the entire floor up and have it redone because of uneven grout lines, lipping, unleveled tiles, hollow and loose tiles, chipped and damaged tiles due to miss handling and Mr. Lemieux's use of non quantified persons. Mr. Lemieux did not finish the popcorn celling in entryway d one of his employees removed/damaged tile to the front entryway of the house, and to date this has not been repaired. Mr. Lemieux left his construction debris on our property for over a month and it took no less than five requests to have it removed which resulted in our grass being killed. Looks like we will be have to start litigation as now we can not even get a return call or response to the registered letter we have sent him. 8/3/2015 Update, we did in fact obtain a final judgment against Lemieux Builders In Pinellas County, Florida for $5,000.00.

He is very good and complete, attention to detail and offers good suggestions. We gave him more work and he has tiled and played wood flooring through-out of 2350 sq foot house, also picked up the materials and gave me distributor suggestions. BJ
